The route network of golf carrier Emirates Airline now consists of around 800 destinations. Many of these are served by partner airlines under codeshare and interlining agreements.
The airline from Dubai currently has 29 codeshare, 117 interline and 11 intermodal rail partners in over 100 countries. The network spans 5,250 additional sectors in over 800 cities. In North, Central and South America, cities beyond the major airports can also be reached, such as Corpus Christi with United and Halifax with Air Canada. In Asia, travelers can easily connect to leisure destinations such as Koi Samui in Thailand and Luang Prabang in Laos with partner Bangkok Airways. In Africa, South African Airways and Kenya Airways connect Emirates travelers to a number of underserved locations such as Vilanculos, Kilanmanjaro, Juba and Maputo.
Since signing the first interline agreement, Emirates’ global partner network has grown exponentially across Europe, North America, Asia, Australia, Africa and the Middle East. The airline’s focus remains on expanding the interline agreement to full codeshare agreements to further strengthen the network.
